Fischer Professional Food Equipment is a company dealing in an extensive range of equipment direct from the manufacturer which enables us to offer our customers unsurpassed value and quality. We are an Australian company, family owned and run business and with over 60 years combined food service background as owners & operators of bakery's, restaurant's, cafe's and takeaway's we are highly experienced in the food industry.
Our extensive experience and knowledge ensures we have an understanding of the main types of equipment available and how each can be used and its capacity. We know the needs of our clients because we have been there and still work hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure the most efficient product.
We buy in bulk direct from the manufacturer, occupy a modest warehouse and we don't have expensive sales people (so we don't have the hype). Therefore we are able to pass on the savings for a lowest possible price to you our valued customers.
